Getting ready to hunt
I am looking at a piece of property to buy and I went walking the land over today and I carried my two Jack Russell Terriers with me and we were driving thru on my rhino. I stopped down in a valley and looking around and let the dogs go hunting. In a few minuets they were raising cane, they had got on the scent of something, probably a rabbit or a deer, they were having a good time trying to stay on scent. After about a 20 min gig trying to find what it was they were ready to move on to the next adventure.
We got back in the rhino and up a big hill we went and we had to lock it in 4 wheel drive to get up the hill, when we got to the top it got a little squirrelly but all was well when we landed the front tires back on the ground. The land is hilly as you would assume from the ride , but it has a potential of becoming a beautiful piece of earth. Remove a few trees and take care of the underbrush and a little TLC and it will make a great home site. I don’t know if I will build on it or not but I will get it ready for a home, and in the years to come If I decide to get rid of it ,then I see a good profit coming my way from it. as you know having land is better than money in the bank, more profitable anyway.
